Miami Valley Ohio Prime Timers is the local chapter of Prime Timers World Wide, an international organization that promotes social activities for mature gay men and those who admire them. We meet on the third Sunday of the month and trust that many friendships; perhaps even long-term relationships will develop from our fellowship. Prime Timers provides a comfortable, non-political environment in which your identity is protected... you don't have to be out... a friendly alternative to the bars, baths, and bushes in which to meet people.
The Miami Valley Ohio Prime Timers holds a Monthly Social Meeting andpotluck held from October through April at a members' home or other venue. From May through October, they are generally held at the Possum Creek MetroPark (Reservable Area),4790 Frytown Rd, 45418 in Moraine. There is a social period to start out the event, followed by a brief business meeting, followed by a potluck dinner. Members and guests are asked to RSVP for the event (use RSVP link below) andbring an appetizer, side dish or dessert to compliment the provided main course.

Volunteers are needed to host various MVOPT activities in 2009. These include: Monthly Social Meetings, Card Nights and Movie Nights. Please contact Tom B. or any other Council member if you are willing to host an event.
Being a member of Miami Valley Ohio Prime Timers gives to access to other Prime Timers chapters across the country and around the world! Simply present your MVOPT membership card at any chapter's gatherings to be considered a visitor, which could afford a discount while attending social functions.
